A local therapy center in Germantown is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team. This hybrid role offers flexibility and competitive pay between $90-$115 per hour. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and supervising team members. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and current BCBA certification. The position supports work-life balance while making a meaningful community impact.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Current BCBA certification from the BACB is mandatory.
• Must be licensed in Maryland or Washington, DC.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.
• Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers.
