Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services in a hybrid setting, combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities. The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time opportunities and strong clinical support for career growth.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and NC licensure eligibility, with experience in ABA for autism

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
