Cortica is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) focused on Early Intervention to join our transdisciplinary team in the Charlotte area. You’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children and lead a team of behavior technicians to deliver care with compassion and outcomes.

This full-time role offers a generous compensation package with a $5,000 first-year bonus, two ongoing bonus opportunities up to 10% of monthly base pay, a CEU stipend of $2,000, and comprehensive

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead and supervise a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
• Develop leadership by progressing BCBA levels and managing schedules.
