Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid role (in-clinic + remote) to serve families in Raleigh. You will lead functional behavior assessments, design and adjust treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA, a master's in ABA/psychology/education, and NC licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
