Job Summary:

Aim Higher ABA - LV/IN is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of professionals providing individualized consultation and intervention services to children with autism in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to develop and implement effective treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy services to children with autism, focusing on skill-building, behavior reduction, and family support
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and team members
  • Implement and modify behavior reduction and skill-building strategies, using evidence-based methods and techniques
  • Monitor and record progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with families to ensure effective communication and planning, and provide support and guidance throughout the therapy process
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and new research
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, and adhere to agency policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism, preferably in ABA therapy settings
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with electronic record-keeping systems and software
