Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in Group Benefits underwriting.
• Deep expertise in group insurance products, underwriting, pricing, and risk management.
• Proven success leading large-scale operations in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's degree and/or industry designations preferred.

• Set strategy for underwriting and pre-sale operations to support growth and service excellence.
