Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Flex Automotive Technician for a hybrid role that combines in-shop repairs with mobile service delivery. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, while also visiting customer locations to deliver safe, reliable service with a company-provided van.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of automotive repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications preferred; OEM training supported.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance per repair orders with accuracy.
• Diagnose and assess vehicles in shop and on-site settings.
• Provide labor estimates and document work performed.
• Travel to customer locations for mobile repairs using company van and tools.
