Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid store environment. You will engage customers, assess needs, and suggest products or services while performing entry‑level vehicle services to ensure satisfaction.

The role blends front‑of‑shop and basic service duties, with growth potential and opportunities to mentor or supervise as you develop. A supportive team culture and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
