You will identify audit issues, develop analytical skills, and learn within a hybrid model with 40–60% in-person work. Candidates should pursue an accounting degree with a GPA around 3.0+ and aim for CPA licensure.

Qualifications

• Predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting with strong academic record.
• Minimum GPA 3.0; preference for 3.2 or higher.
• Meet minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure and plan to pass the CPA exam.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• Interest in a hybrid team-led model with 40–60% in person work.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.
• Access to reliable transportation; driver's license is recommended.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future.
• For Government & Public Sector roles, U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships in financial statements with analysis.
• Demonstrate professionalism while working in clients’ environments and provide excellent service.
• Operate effectively in a regulated environment to protect markets and investors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to provide auditing services relied upon by markets.
• Share value-added insights from data analysis with clients.
