Job summary

Rezult Group is seeking a Data Analyst (Databricks / Power BI) for a 5-month hybrid contract in the Atlanta, GA area. The role requires 3–5 years of data analytics or BI experience, with hands-on SQL/Python in Databricks and strong Power BI dashboard development.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards, migrating reporting to cloud-based environments, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL and/or Python queries within a Databricks environment.
• Strong experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI connected to enterprise data sources.
• Experience joining multiple datasets, performing data transformation, and calculating business metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting initiatives, data migrations, or cloud-based analytics platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports utilizing Databricks data.
• Write and optimize SQL and/or Python queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Support migration of reporting and analytics from legacy platforms to a modern cloud environment.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable dashboards and insights.
• Validate data quality and troubleshoot issues across complex datasets.
• Leverage Dev tools within Databricks to validate code for accuracy and performance.
