Hartman Counseling and Consulting, LLC is seeking an Associate Therapist for a full-time hybrid role based in Chicago. You will provide individual, couples, and family therapy, perform intake assessments, ongoing treatment, and discharge planning, while preserving ethical standards.

You will document accurately in EHRs, coordinate care with other providers, participate in team meetings, and support treatment planning.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Eligible for or holding appropriate state licensure or associate credential in Illinois (e.g., LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, MFT Associate).
• Experience in outpatient mental health, private practice, or medical settings is beneficial.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload, maintain professional boundaries, and engage in regular supervision and professional development.

Responsabilidades
