Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support strategy, execution, and performance tracking for aftermarket product lines.

You will lead data workflows, conduct market analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, finance, IT, and marketing to drive growth and profitability. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a product marketing-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and large data sets (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Experience with data, marketing, or statistical processes.
• Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow process for internal system change requirements for the product line.
• Track KPIs for product lines monthly.
• Assist in developing strategy and execution per product, marketing, and sales plans.
• Organize and control data for all product lines (sales, packaging, cross-reference, pricing).
• Lead New Part Introduction with cross-functional teams to launch new parts.
• Compile product data for monthly bulletins for sales and customers.
• Assist in pricing strategy development and analysis.
• Conduct sales and market analyses to inform strategy.
• Support profitability analysis and cross-functional pricing improvements.
• Perform product lifecycle analysis and obsolescence procedures.
• Produce competitive analysis materials.
• Research and support business cases for new categories or market extensions.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications on literature, advertising, and training materials.
• Manage projects involving catalog data and pricing analysis.
• Partner with Product team to deliver product programs responsive to customer needs.
• Utilize Power BI to track monthly sales and margin by customer.
• Assist with quality and customer satisfaction reporting.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
