Job summary

The position reports to the Senior Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship, supervising staff and coordinating cross-functionally with Advancement teams, schools, and units to deliver high-quality donor communications and impact

Qualifications

• Master's/advanced degree or training at a level that equates to an advanced degree.
• Extensive experience in donor relations, stewardship, or advancement services.
• Experience managing donor stewardship and reporting programs.
• Knowledge of donor fund administration and scholarship administration.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor relations, stewardship, and reporting programs across the university.
• Manage gift acknowledgments, tribute notifications, endowment reporting, and stewardship of donor segments.
• Develop and implement donor recognition societies and stewardship communications.
• Coordinate with CRM systems and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and ensure deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with donor intent and scholarship administration.
• Collaborate with finance, communications, and academic units on reporting standards.
