Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on Chase technology (mobile app, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and product knowledge, introducing them to specialists.
• Support branch operations including cash devices (cash vault, ATMs) in line with bank policies.
