Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or art direction with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office; strong presentation production.

Responsibilities

• Plays a role in production, execution, and refinement of creative assets.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, copywriters, and video team to produce on-brand work.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, creating visually compelling presentations.
• Support advertising and campaign production by preparing, resizing, and adapting creative across channels.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate production workflows and generate variations.
• Experiment with new tools while maintaining brand integrity.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and timelines.
• Contribute ideas while focusing on execution and delivery of finished work.
• Assist in preparing stakeholder-facing presentations communicating concepts.
• Stay current with design trends and AI advancements.
