Job summary

Roanoke Insurance Group in Long Beach, CA is seeking a full-time Account Manager in Commercial Insurance to join MRSG N.A. as a hybrid employee, reporting to the Regional Product Manager, Commercial Insurance.

You will manage policy renewals, market new business, review coverage forms, prepare applications and proposals, issue certificates of insurance, and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and markets while using Applied Epic.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property/casualty insurance experience.
• Experience with Agency Management software; Applied Epic preferred.
• Pursue CE credits as needed for licensing.
• Understanding of property/casualty insurance types.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy renewals with markets and producers.
• Market new business submissions with markets and producers.
• Review and analyze various coverage forms.
• Prepare ACORD or custom applications from client data.
• Submit applications to markets and track status.
• Prepare proposals and transmit to clients; address questions.
• Communicate with clients, producers, and markets regarding coverage changes.
• Utilize Applied Epic and adhere to internal processes.
