Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of buying experience, retail merchandising, merchandise planning, or allocation.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven understanding of retail metrics and communicating insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seasonal buying strategies and reporting.
• Perform data analytics, build and maintain reports, and prepare weekly/monthly/seasonal documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product line managers, allocation, planning, in-store marketing, visual merchandising, store operations).
