Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking an Asset Servicing Associate Analyst for a hybrid role. You will reconcile and process positions tied to Corporate Action events, review communications, and facilitate accurate postings while ensuring timely client instruction execution.

You’ll support income collection activities and perform issue analysis, contributing to risk controls and cross-team collaboration to maintain service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with income collections and corporate action processes.
• Understanding of cash flows, accounting treatments, and controls.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income, and asset-backed securities.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
• Ensures client instructions are executed in an efficient, effective and timely manner within established guidelines.
• Responsible for the reconciliation, payment of income, and all aspects of income collections and disbursements.
• Meets high quality service standards by researching and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Performs analysis on issues to identify root cause.
• Participate in activities related to compliance with procedures and controls.
• Assists and provides coverage for team members during periods of high work volume and performs other duties as assigned.
