Qualifications

• Admission to the New York Bar; New Jersey Bar admission preferred.
• 3+ years of appellate experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze trial and appellate records, briefs, and evidence.
• Conduct complex legal research and draft memoranda.
• Provide research and support on intricate cases.
• Draft pre-trial, post-trial, and dispositive motions.
