Job summary
Column Technical Services in Chicago, IL is seeking an Application Packaging & Deployment Specialist with PSADT, PowerShell scripting, and SCCM/MECM or Intune to support enterprise deployment. This hybrid role requires three onsite days each week and residence in Chicago or Chicagoland.
The ideal candidate will package, automate, test, and deploy applications, troubleshooting deployments and collaborating with infrastructure, development, testing, and support teams to deliver reliable software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise application packaging and deployment experience.
- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and PSADT.
- Hands-on with SCCM/MECM and Intune deployment tools.
- Experience packaging and deploying MSI-based apps.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Package, customize, and automate installations using PSADT and other tools.
- Develop installation packages to meet business and technical needs.
- Configure silent deployments and monitor progress across Windows workstations.
- Build and maintain automated deployment workflows to improve efficiency.
- Lead releases through development, testing, pilot, and production stages.
