Qualifications

• Experience with electronic disbursements (ACH, wires, checks).
• Familiarity with inventory purchases and variances in a standard cost system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s automated invoice approval and OCR processes.
• Process vendor add/changes and handle credit requests.
• Monitor and resolve invoice/PO variances.

Skills

5+ years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment

Proficiency with purchase order and non-purchase order invoices

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Ability to reconcile moderately complex invoices/statements

Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors

Education

Associate degree or higher preferred
