Vego Garden in Tomball, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a small AP team and optimize procure-to-pay processes as the business grows. You will manage vendor onboarding, PO discipline, and cross-functional coordination with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure accurate, timely payments.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in AP/procure-to-pay, CPA firm audit experience a plus, and strong Excel/NetSuite skills.

Formación

• 5–8 years in AP/procure-to-pay experience.
• Background in physical goods, ecommerce, or consumer products preferred.
• 3+ years audit experience at a CPA firm is a plus.
• Strong accounting knowledge; Excel proficiency; NetSuite a plus.
• Experience with full PO-based AP workflow and vendor onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a two-person AP team.
• Own AP ticketing system and escalate invoice exceptions.
• Oversee monthly duty allocation and complex classifications.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and dual-control verification.
• Drive PO discipline and approval paths for invoices without POs.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics for timely posting.
• Prepare weekly payment batches and manage cash terms.
• Support month-end closing and reconcile AP to GL.
