Job summary

California Correctional Health Care Services is hiring an Analyst II to support the Mental Health Delivery System. The role involves planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating health care delivery within a correctional setting, and generating management reports to monitor program performance.

The position is limited-term (12 months, may extend up to 24 months) with potential for permanent status and a hybrid telework arrangement.

Qualifications

• 4 years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties.
• An additional year of professional analytical and/or technical experience equivalent to an Analyst I, Range C.
• Candidates within six months of satisfying the experience requirement may be admitted to the examination, but must fully meet the experience requirement before appointment.
• To obtain list eligibility for the ANALYST II before applying, you must first take and pass the ANALYST II examination.
• To obtain list eligibility for the ANALYST I before applying, you must first take and pass the ANALYST I examination.
• The position is eligible for hybrid telework and requires residence in California at start of telework.
