Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Site Reliability Architect – Cloud & AI to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise AI and Sitecore on VMware Cloud on AWS. You will work with AI developers, Sitecore engineers, and cloud ops to deliver secure, highly available solutions supporting healthcare services.

The role emphasizes implementing robust SRE practices, monitoring, incident management, and automated recovery, with a hybrid work model requiring two days per week in Earth City,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, building, or supporting highly available enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on with VMware Cloud on AWS for configuration, migration, and optimization.
• Advanced Core Java for performance optimization and reliable service design.
• Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore or enterprise apps.
• Practical expertise in monitoring, observability, incident management, and automated recovery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable, scalable platform architectures on VMware Cloud on AWS for Sitecore and AI workloads.
• Optimize Core Java services and cloud infrastructure to improve performance and availability.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and secure deployments.
• Establish site reliability practices including monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with AI, Sitecore, and cloud teams to fix production issues and modernize platforms.
