Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking an AI Engineer for a hybrid role in Columbus, OH. This hands-on opportunity drives adoption of cutting-edge AI tools within a growing technology team.

You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered features, leverage Copilot, Claude and Cursor, and collaborate with engineering to integrate AI/LLM solutions. You’ll evaluate new tools and document best practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of AI engineering experience.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor.
• Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with hybrid work environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features to boost engineering productivity and product capabilities.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into systems.
• Evaluate and prototype emerging AI tools and models.
• Develop and maintain prompt engineering best practices and docs.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI use cases for efficiency or innovation.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and output quality of AI tools.
• Stay updated on generative AI and LLM advancements.
• Troubleshoot AI tool integration and performance issues.
