Job summary

Work three days in our St. Louis office and two days remote, with hourly pay of $24–$25 based on your degree program and year of study. This full-time internship runs May 24 through July 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• Analytical project experience is expected.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excel proficiency with formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly for analysis, automation, workflow improvement, and insight generation.
• Collaborative, curious, and comfort learning new systems in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Transform legal operations, vendor spend, budget, and contract data into actionable reporting.
• Use Excel and AI-enabled capabilities to streamline analysis and reporting.
• Build or enhance dashboards, automated reports, workflows, and analytics for easier monitoring of metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve variance tracking and consistency across reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal Operations, Finance, Procurement, Technology and partners to improve efficiency and costs.
• Develop working knowledge of departmental systems, data sources, and processes to deliver timely recommendations.
