Job summary

Credera is seeking a Software Engineer in Addison, Texas, to join our Software Engineering Capability. You will scope and estimate client work, model solutions against business requirements, and contribute as a technical voice in client discussions.

You'll work with Angular, React, Next.js, Spring Boot, Python, and .NET on AWS/GCP/Azure, building AI-native systems and modern cloud solutions. Hybrid work and collaboration with senior consultants are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software engineering experience in consulting or technical industry.
• Interest in the practical application of AI in software development; hands-on with agentic systems or LLMs is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Scope and estimate work on client engagements and model solutions against business requirements.
• Contribute to the design and build of software and cloud solutions.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders in technical conversations and demos.
• Support R&D and reusable solution accelerator development.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants to set technical direction.
