Mansfield Energy Corp. is seeking an Application Architect to lead the design and deployment of scalable AI-driven applications across the organization.

This exempt, individual contributor role focuses on architecture, development, and system integration at the Gainesville, GA site. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software architecture experience with 2+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and C# skills, and familiarity with Azure-based tools and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Cloud architecture and AI/ML certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google).
• 7+ years of software architecture experience with 2+ years in AI/ML.
• Strong knowledge of API design, microservices, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled enterprise applications integrated with core systems (ERP, CRM, data lakes).
• Define architectural principles and governance for enterprise AI.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead PoCs and prototyping to validate architectural decisions and model performance.
• Create system blueprints and reusable frameworks under Senior Director guidance.
