Job summary

The Cellular Connection (TCC) is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead in Fishers, IN to scale AI across the enterprise, supporting TCC and Wireless Zone units. You will govern platforms like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Purview to drive value with secure, compliant adoption.

You will lead training, change management, and governance, partnering with IT, Security, Data & Analytics, Finance, Sales/Marketing, HR/Learning & Development, and Operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in AI development and platform administration, with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview preferred.
• Retail, wireless, or multi-site environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Power Automate workflows and Copilot agents.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform environments.
• Own governance with Microsoft Purview, DLP, sensitivity labeling, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead enterprise AI adoption through rollout campaigns and training programs.
• Create reusable templates and govern citizen developers with guardrails.
• Track AI costs, adoption, dashboards, and ROI across user segments.
