Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking an Adult Therapy Supervisor to lead and coordinate our adult home health therapy services in Colorado. You will oversee PTs, OTs, and SLPs, ensuring timely, high-quality patient care throughout the episode of service.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and collaboration with clinicians, care management, and operations to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced home health environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapists with clinical leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise PTs, OTs, and SLPs in home health.
• Knowledge of OASIS documentation and home health requirements.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary therapy team.
• Guide therapists on patient plans, documentation, and changes in condition.
• Coach and develop clinicians, provide ongoing feedback and education.
• Promote patient-first culture and clinical excellence across the team.
• Coordinate with clinicians to resolve barriers to care and ensure continuity.
• Oversee therapy services from admission to discharge and ensure timely delivery.
• Support regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with home health standards.
