Youth For Tomorrow is seeking a Licensed Therapist or licensed-eligible therapist for our Richmond office. This full-time outpatient role serves ages 5 to adult, with hybrid scheduling (four days in-office, one day telehealth). Training and supervision for the play therapy credential are available.

Salary range is $70k–$90k with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, a 5% retirement match, and an incentive plan. We value diverse, community-focused clinicians.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in counseling or psychology with LMHP licensure.
• Experience working with adolescents and families in a counseling setting.
• Ability to assess treatment needs and deliver appropriate interventions.
• Maintain all required clinical documentation.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to function within an evaluation team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient counseling to school-age children and adolescents.
• Conduct approximately 25 sessions per week in a hybrid model.
• Participate in supervision/training for play therapy credential.
