• Expert in protocols and services related to enterprise-level Active Directory.
• Ability to analyze and design solutions for complex environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and act on automation opportunities.
• Analyze and support Active Directory services.
• Manage enterprise identity directories.
• Translate business needs to technology solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting high-severity incidents.
• Develop architecture and implementation documentation.
• Participate in disaster recovery and capacity planning.

Skills

Expert level knowledge of protocols such as Kerberos, NTLM, TCP, UDP, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM

Expert level knowledge of Active Directory Sites and Services

Expert level knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and WINS

Expert level knowledge of Windows Server operating systems

Knowledge of Semperis ADFR and DSP
