You will support IBA operations, maintain records, deliver data-driven reporting, and collaborate with internal teams across markets while ensuring compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable or accounting operations experience.
• Experience in an agency environment is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with offshore or cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support U.S. Cashiering and Treasury activities as needed.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and maintain documentation.
• Produce KPI reporting and contribute to data-driven projects.
