Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Proficiency with Excel and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable workflow and vendor setup.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collections processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
• Assist with payroll-related activities and confidentiality.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Maintain asset depreciation and lease schedules.
