Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
- Strong problem-solving and independent work abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, undercounter coolers, prep tables, display cases, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Install, replace, and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems as needed.
- Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions in company system.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment issues, repair recommendations, and preventative maintenance plans.
- Maintain EPA compliance and adhere to safety regulations.
- Manage truck inventory to ensure parts and tools are stocked.
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the company with professionalism while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while representing the company with professionalism and integrity. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in the field.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, undercounter coolers, prep tables, display cases, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity

Compensation Transparency The advertised pay range for this position is $35-$42. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with advanced commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience, manufacture certifications, or specialized expertise may be considered at the higher end of the range.
