Job summary

Reece Supply, LLC is hiring for a Counter / Parts Sales role in the HVACR division. The position focuses on helping customers choose the right plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, and kitchen & bath products while maintaining strong service standards.

You will assess customer needs, collaborate with teammates to keep inventory accurate, and ensure sales are properly entered and tracked. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the assigned business line.
• Knowledge of plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, and kitchen & bath products.
• Familiarity with inventory and sales standards.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
