Job summary

NETTTS, a leader in skilled trades training, seeks an HVAC Instructor to teach hands-on and classroom sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program. This role emphasizes industry-aligned methods and student mentorship at our Pawtucket, RI campus.

You’ll demonstrate tools and techniques, assess progress, and ensure a safe, well-maintained training environment while collaborating with fellow instructors. Prior RI license is required; teaching experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HVAC/R experience.
• Must have an RI trade license in related field.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others.
• Dependability, professionalism, and patience.
• Genuine interest in helping students succeed in the trades.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program.
• Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance.
