Topline Heating & Air is seeking an eager, ambitious HVAC Warranty Technician to join our five-star, family‑oriented team. You’ll troubleshoot and repair warranty work, perform diagnostics, and replace defective parts while traveling within an 80‑mile radius.

This full‑time role offers growth opportunities, paid time off, and a strong team culture. Must have at least three years in-field residential HVAC experience, a high school diploma or GED, and excellent communication and customer service

Qualifications

• In-field residential HVAC experience is required.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• EPA certification preferred or required.
• Valid driver's license is expected.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair products or HVAC equipment under warranty.
• Perform diagnostics and replace defective parts.
• Categorize and organize inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshootand repairproducts or HVAC equipment under warranty.

• Travel to customers houses within an 80 mile radius.

Nice to Haves:

• At least three years of in-field residential hvac experience
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• EPA Certification
• Valid DL
