Location: York, PA. Sobieski New Homes of York is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Warranty Technician to conduct heat and air conditioning services on residential new construction homes under warranty. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning heating and cooling systems. Sell services, service contracts and equipment.

• Provide HVAC warranty services on residential new construction homes under warranty.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning heating and cooling systems.
• Sell services, service contracts and equipment where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug tests
