Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company, through Mechanical Supply - a Rheem Company, seeks a Warehouse Associate in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. You will handle HVAC equipment and parts, receive, inspect, store, and ship inventory, and help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, performing cycle counts, labeling shipments, and following PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in HVAC or industrial distribution.
• Must be able to operate a forklift - forklift certified preferred.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment and parts for customer orders with a focus on accuracy and care.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency.
• Properly label and document all outgoing shipments in accordance with shipping procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.
• Report any safety hazards, damaged goods, or incidents immediately to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.
