R. Brooks Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Rising Sun, MD. You will supervise staff, oversee staging for next-day jobs, and ensure accurate material handling and returns.
Responsibilities include coordinating dispatch, maintaining safety standards, and driving inventory accuracy through process improvements and proper documentation.
Responsible for all warehouse operations and staff, ensuring all jobs scheduled for the next day have material and equipment pulled and staged. Supervises warehouse personnel and sets daily priorities. Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet. List all overstocked items and give them to Installation Coordinator for return to vendor. Check and put away stock orders. Purchase consumables, tools, and shop supplies. Manage refrigerant recovery, gas cylinder, and waste vendor accounts. Maintain shop, yard, and company trailers in clean, safe, and proper operating condition.
