Job summary

Southern Comfort Mechanical in Lewisville, TX is hiring HVAC Trainees to build a lifelong trade. Start with fundamentals, then advance as you gain core skills, with structured, fully paid training and opportunities to progress.

You will support field operations, warehouse tasks, and inventory, while learning components from zoning systems to control boards. The role offers a strong growth path within a family-like culture and a start time around 8:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older for company vehicle insurance eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Open to candidates with zero experience and those with entry-level HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Daily prep & staging with dispatch, management, and technicians.
• Pick up parts from suppliers and transport to field technicians.
• Inventory management and warehouse upkeep for standard parts and equipment.
• Warranty parts process support in coordination with dispatch.
• Assist installers and service technicians in the field.
