Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• HVAC Trade School Certification or Technical Diploma preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, components and operations.
• Experience using HVAC testing and diagnostic equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting principles.

Responsibilities

• Test components, subassemblies, and complete HVAC systems to verify functionality and compliance.
• Operate testing equipment to measure airflow, pressure, temperature, and system operation.
• Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot defects or malfunctions in HVAC equipment.
• Analyze test results to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports of testing activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure proper installation and system functionality.
