Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled End-of-Line Airedale Chiller Test Technician to verify the quality, functionality and performance of chillers before shipment. You will run final tests, troubleshoot faults, and ensure compliance with industry standards on a manufacturing floor.

The role requires HVAC/refrigeration education or experience, strong problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant experience).
• Previous experience in chiller testing, HVAC systems, or refrigeration preferred.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults effectively.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weights, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
• EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification or Electrical Safety Training is preferred.

Job description

We areseekinga skilled and detail-oriented End-of-Line Airedale Chiller Test Technician to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers before they leave the production line. The technician willbe responsible forconducting final system tests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Education: Diploma or degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant experience).

• Experience:Previousexperience in chiller testing, HVAC systems, or refrigeration preferred.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults effectively.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.

Shift: Mon-Thur 3:00PM - 1:30AM, Mandatory Overtime on Friday & Saturday.

Pay Range: $27.13-$31.90 with differential of $0.36 after 3:00PM.
