Job summary

Highly Marelli USA, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Test Engineering Co-op to support product validation, testing, and development within the Engineering Test & Validation team.

You will gain hands-on experience in laboratory testing, test setup development, instrumentation, data acquisition, data analysis, and technical reporting while collaborating with Test, Design, R&D, and Manufacturing Engineers to validate HVAC components and systems.

Qualifications

• /Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field/
• /GPA 3.0 preferred and strong interest in product testing, validation, and data analysis/
• /Experience with laboratory testing, validation activities, or data acquisition systems is desirable/
• /Familiarity with instrumentation such as thermocouples, pressure sensors, flow meters, environmental chambers, or automated test equipment/
• /CAD familiarity with CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, Creo or similar platforms/

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing laboratory and vehicle-level HVAC tests.
• Set up instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition equipment.
• Conduct tests per specifications and document results.
• Record and maintain accurate test data and logs.
• Support test procedure development and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Test, Design, R&D, Manufacturing and Project Engineering teams.
