Job summary

Elite Heating and Air is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. This role does not require on-call shifts and offers a base up to $32/hr plus bonus opportunities.

Employees receive extensive training, paid time off, health benefits, and opportunities for advancement including sponsorship for Journeyman license and NATE certification.

What our HVAC Technicians do?

Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.
