This full-time role offers hands-on training in BAS integration, requiring a growth mindset and 1–3+ years of HVAC experience. Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience, with chiller/RTU experience being a major plus.
• Desire to learn BAS software tools and networking basics.
• Proficiency in interpreting control wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up and troubleshooting on commercial HVAC systems while learning to integrate them with BAS.
• Develop expertise in BAS controls for VFDs and dampers.
• Configure and verify controller hardware to ensure optimal performance.
