Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
• Driver's license required; valid in-state.
• EPA 608 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and some corrective HVAC maintenance per CMMS work orders.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and related components.
• Inspect equipment to ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Document all work in CMMS and generate reports for management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and assist in site supervision.
• Occasional on-call work and driving company or personal vehicles as needed.
