Job summary

Valley Wide Cooperative is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician in Wyoming. The role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

You will ensure safety standards and timely service while building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has formal HVAC training, a journeyman/apprentice license, EPA certification, and strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship required.
• Apprentice or Journeyman HVAC license required.
• EPA certification required; must understand HVAC safety standards.
• HVAC experience preferred; two years of related experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Installs new HVAC units in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
• Installs ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system.
• Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
• Inspects and troubleshoots problems with existing HVAC units.
• Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units.
• Maintains inventory of replacement parts and orders replacements.
• Complies with company and industry safety standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
