Job summary

CG Service Pros is seeking a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their San Antonio team. This entry-level position offers individuals with basic HVAC experience a chance to advance their careers while assisting licensed technicians in various HVAC projects.

As part of the role, you will support utility rebate programs and gain hands-on experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Candidates should have 6 months of experience in related fields, EPA Certification, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in HVAC, construction, or similar trades.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or tight spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed HVAC technicians with rebate project installations.
• Transport and set up equipment and materials at job sites.
• Collect documentation for rebate verification.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as filter replacements.
• Communicate professionally with property managers and tenants.
